National deliveries
We work with Furniture logistics, Britain’s leading specialists in home deliveries of Beds and Furniture, who will deliver your order direct to your front door. Orders from Silentnight, Airsprung and Concept Memory will be delivered directly from the factory.
We currently do not deliver outside the mainland UK.

Delivery vehicles
It is likely that the delivery vehicle will be a long, heavy goods vehicle, weighing approximately 16.5 tonnes with a height of 14' 3". Therefore it is your responsibility to ensure such a vehicle can access your property legally and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions, as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads/paths. This will help us to deliver your order and ensure that we have made arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be used.
If you do not tell us this information, your delivery may not be completed and an aborted delivery charge of £25 will be levied.
In order to prevent damage to our delivery vehicles, unadopted roads, paths and tracks will not be used. In this case you must provide alternative routes.

Delivery Charges
All charges will be confirmed on the checkout stages of your order as well as email confirmation.
- All product orders over £449 are delivered free.
- Some selected products also come with free delivery, these products are clearly marked on the website.
- Multiple orders receiving free delivery, will be delivered in one drop, Split date deliveries will be charged accordingly.

Informing you about anticipated delivery timescale
Included below (delivery lead times) are details of the anticipated manufacturers delivery times. This can be used as an indicator for how long it will take kdbeds.co.uk to receive the product, if we do not have such items in stock.
Upon receipt of your order, kdbeds.co.uk will send you an order confirmation, via e-mail, (or post if e-mail is unavailable).
Included within this order confirmation will be details of our stock availability and anticipated delivery timescales.
Where items are in stock at the time of your order we will endeavour to deliver the item to you within 7- 21 days.
If we need to order direct from the manufacturer as we do not have the item in stock, the average lead time is 2-6 weeks depending upon the nature of the item ordered and the manufacturer.
We will keep customers informed if there is any delay on the anticipated delivery time of goods that has previously been included within our order confirmation.

Tracking your delivery
With the majority of our carriers and suppliers it is possible to track your order. Please e-mail deliveries@kdbeds.com giving details of your order number and kdbeds will be able to inform you of the status of your order.

Confirming the delivery date
Once your item(s) is ready for despatch either we will contact you or our contracted delivery service will contact you in order to arrange a mutually suitable delivery date.

Available days for delivery
Available days for delivery are Monday - Friday, between the hours of 8.00am - 7.00pm. Some items may be available for a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge. Please email deliveries@kdbeds.com with details of your selected item(s) and a representative of kdbeds will be able to inform you whether your item(s) can be despatched for a Saturday delivery.
* In stock items are delivered with the flexibility for you to be able to choose your own most convenient date within two weeks of placing the order.
Delivery Lead Times
These are estimated delivery lead times into our warehouse given to us by our manufacturers. Please allow upto 7 – 10 working days for delivery from our warehouse to the customer. Please be aware that these times are only a guide and may vary depending on the time of the year.

Other delivery information
Our Delivery Drivers will not remove existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products nor will old pieces of furniture be taken away. Please organise the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture prior to your delivery.
Our Delivery Drivers, if requested, will help you in taking your order into your premises, to the appropriate room. However, prior to delivery, permission must be sought by kdbeds. Kdbeds and its contractors and personnel will not accept liability for any damage both to the delivered product and to the customers property (Including all types of fixtures, fittings and building structure), whilst assisting the customer with such a request. You must solely take responsibility for this action and any consequent damage should fall under your household insurance.
If kdbeds agrees to such a request, there will be no additional charge. It will be expected that the passageway and the necessary room(s) will have been cleared in order to make way for the order.
kdbeds/ third party contractors will not assemble any orders even if requested to do so. The assembly of orders is the responsibility of the customer.
Preparation for delivery: Customers are advised when accepting goods to have protective sheets available as the goods being delivered may have transferred through a number of warehouses and delivery vehicles. Kdbeds will not accept any liability for any damaged caused.
Stock Items
For Items that are In Stock deliveries can take between 3 - 21 days depending on your location in the country and the type of item ordered.
Mattress Next Day
All products that are available on a 'next day' delivery service will be delivered by a 1 man logistics company. The services used will only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. This means that if you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. Please understand that the logistics companies that offer a 'next day' service are not insured to enter private premises.
Please be aware that if you purchase a product on a 'next day' delivery service and require assistance with the positioning of the product, you must arrange the assistance yourself.

These Stock items are available for 3 – 5 day express delivery.
If you have chosen a stock item that is available for 3 – 5 day express delivery by our specialist service, a member of the kdbeds logistics team will contact you within 2 working days from date of order to book in a convenient delivery date and also advise on time frames regarding when the delivery will take place. We currently deliver to most areas in the UK 2 - 3 times a week. Please be aware deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
All deliveries within the UK mainland are carried out by a specialist furniture logistics team from our experienced Transport Department who will place the bed in the desired location of the property. Kdbeds utilise this service due to the fragility of Divan Bed base. We Endeavour to ensure your order reaches you in pristine condition.
